Reaction Design Welcomes John Reese as New Chief Financial Officer

San Diego - October 15 - Reaction Design, the clean technology chemistry leader, today announced that John Reese has been appointed to the new position of chief financial officer. This appointment further strengthens the management team as the company moves forward with strategic growth initiatives.

Mr. Reese will be responsible for overseeing the organization's overall financial policies and direction.

Immediately before joining Reaction Design, Mr. Reese was the chief financial officer of San Diego Research Center (SDRC), a defense contract services provider, where he led the successful acquisition and transition of SDRC to a wholly owned subsidiary of ArgonST. Prior to SDRC, he was the chief financial officer of Syntricity, an engineering software and services company, where he led the development of the financial infrastructure from its inception through its growth phase while completing multiple financing transactions. Mr. Reese received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Denver, and his master's degree in finance from San Diego State University.
